Monthly Chapter Meeting and Dinner – December 2nd

The 2025 & 2026 Association of Energy Engineers – Southwestern Ontario Chapter (AEESWOC) executive teams cordially invite you to our 2025 year-end dinner meeting. This year’s event will be held at Spagos (South Windsor – 3850 Dougall Ave, Windsor, ON N9G 1X2) on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. Networking and socializing will take place from 5-6PM with dinner served at 6PM, followed by chapter updates and presentations.

This will be an opportunity for us to introduce the newly formed 2026 executive team and to bring you up to date on chapter activities. Our presentation topics will be confirmed prior to the meeting.

The dinner menu will be:

Focaccia
Arancini
Individually plated Rigatoni Blush
Individually plated Insalata di casa

Pollo Parmigiana (Breaded chicken breast, fresh tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and spices

OR

Veal Vino Bianco (Veal Scaloppine, mushrooms, white wine sauce)

Plated with roasted seasonal vegetables

Followed by Coffee and tea

NOTE: This will be a cash bar.

To ensure your commitment to attend, we ask that you register at the Eventbrite link below as limited seating is available. We have established a maximum of 40 attendees for dinner which the costs will be covered by the chapter. Any requests to join the gathering beyond 40 attendees will be at a cost of $75 per person.
