The Council on Women in Energy & Environmental Leadership (CWEEL) is a division of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) that supports the role of women in the energy and environmental industries. It assists in the career development activities for existing professionals, and also enable young women aspiring to leadership roles to find mentors that will support their own development.
Network and Grow
Members of CWEEL meet formally three times a year, at each of the major AEE tradeshows and expositions. Meeting formats typically consist of round table discussions, panels comprised of prominent industry professionals, and presentations relating to current developments in the industry. CWEEL social events such as breakfasts and receptions provide opportunities to network with your peers, make new contacts, and strengthen existing relationships.
